I give VOICEINSPORT, VIS Holdings Inc., including its employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, and representatives, permission to photograph, film, record, livestream, and otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, name, and participation during the VOICEINSPORT Live Mentoring Sessions at The Huddle.

I understand that I may appear in content created from this event, including but not limited to videos, photos, social media posts, website content, promotional materials, recaps, presentations, press materials, and other media created or shared by VOICEINSPORT.

I understand and agree that this content may be used by VOICEINSPORT for educational, editorial, promotional, marketing, fundraising, partnership, and storytelling purposes. I also understand that the content may be connected to or supported by a brand partner or sponsor, whether confirmed now or determined later.

I give VOICEINSPORT permission to edit, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, and use this content in any format or platform, including social media, websites, email, presentations, paid or organic media, and partner/sponsor channels, without additional approval or compensation.

I understand that VOICEINSPORT will make reasonable efforts to represent athletes respectfully and in alignment with its mission. I also understand that I am not required to say or do anything I am uncomfortable with during the session.

I release VOICEINSPORT, VIS Holdings Inc., its partners, sponsors, representatives, and assigns from any claims related to the capture or use of my image, voice, likeness, name, or participation in connection with this event and related content.
