How to Prevent the Spread of Eating Disorders in Sports

Women’s sports are a hotspot for eating disorders where women are often encouraged to eat less in order to look and/or perform at their best. Eating disorders can be like an epidemic on sports teams, spreading from girl to girl when one begins comparing themselves to another.
