Pro Athletes Share the Power of Affirmations

Society places unrealistic expectations on women’s bodies that make it difficult to feel happy with our appearance, let alone appreciate our bodies that are built for athletics. It’s important to constantly remind ourselves that our bodies are enough. We can do this through affirmations.
