Teenage Sensation Wins Climbing Gold

Annie Sanders won her first ever gold medal in lead climbing on Saturday, cementing her name in the record books. Only a teenager, Sanders has balanced Olympic dreams and the pressure of being a Team USA member. Her early success is only the beginning of what will be a great career.

At just 17 years-old Annie Sanders secured her first ever gold medal in lead climbing at the International Federation of Sport Climbing Comunidad World Cup in Madrid on Saturday, July 19th.
