Celebrating Equal Pay for Paralympian's and the Power of Mentorship.

The Paralympic Games began in 1960, but the United States Paralympic Committee didn’t provide equal pay as able-bodied American Olympians until 2018. To be born with a disadvantage is one thing, but to garner a paycheck 400% less than those that do what you do, without a physical disadvantage, is another.
