Learning to Trust New Coaches

Coaching turnover is common in college athletics, but the cycle can be hard on athletes both physically and mentally. Trusting new coaches is a difficult process and looks different for everyone. We talked to women athletes to hear the ways they’ve adapted and coped with this change.
