I love all things USWNT and soccer in general. I still can’t believe I was able to spend an hour with Ally Sentnor! Her advice was inspiring and I found it so helpful as a young athlete who is starting to think about routines and what will motivate me. Her knowledge and excitement about the topics really showed. How it works
Common Questions
How does a 1-on-1 VIS Session work?
Explore our community of the world’s best experts and mentors. After choosing the right expert/mentor for you, book a 1-on-1 video call with them on the VOICEINSPORT Platform. At the time of the appointment, join the live 1-on-1 video call, ask the expert/mentor your questions, and get personalized mentorship. Any member at VOICEINSPORT can request a 1-on-1 Session with a VIS Expert or VIS Mentor through the platform when you are logged in to your account. The VIS Expert or VIS Mentor will approve or deny your request based on their availability.
How long are the 1-on-1 VIS Sessions?
Most of our VIS Experts and VIS Mentors offer 1-on-1 Sessions for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. During the booking process, you will be able to select the duration that you prefer.
What if I can’t find a time that works?
If you have selected a time that does not work for the VIS Mentor or VIS Expert they will deny your request and suggest a new or different time. If you need more assistance email the VIS team at team@voiceinsport.com
Can I message the VIS Mentor or VIS Expert directly?
Members of the community can message our VIS Mentor and/or VIS Experts 24 hours before their scheduled session and 24 hours after their scheduled session on the platform. If you need help getting in contact with a VIS Mentor and/or VIS Expert please email team@voiceinsport.com
How do I pay for my session?
Members must have money on their personal VIS Cards in order to request a 1-on-1 with a VIS Mentor and/or VIS Expert. Payments are processed for the 1-on-1 Sessions after the session takes place with the VIS Mentor and/or VIS Expert on the VOICEINSPORT platform.
What timezone are the VIS Sessions in?
All of the times presented on our platform, community, and bio pages are local to your specific time. For example, if you’re based in Los Angeles, the times will be presented in Pacific Time (PST).
Can I gift a VIS Session to someone?
Yes you can gift a VIS Session to any athlete that is eligible to become a VIS Athlete (member) at VOICEINSPORT. VIS Athletes must be girls in middle school, high school or college, generally speaking between the ages of 13-23 years old and currently playing a sport for their school or club team. Head to the gifting page to gift a current or new member dollars on their VIS Card or a Premium Membership to VIS.
Can I set up a session for my teammates?
Yes, you can contact team@voiceinsport.com and we can arrange this with any of our VIS Experts or VIS Mentors. We can also set up your team with a specific team link where only your team can access a specific VIS Session on the platform.
