Life After Sport: Transitioning to a Career in Sports Media

There are many reasons why someone moves on from a sport, whether it’s injury, graduation from high school or college, or even retiring professionally. But retiring from competing doesn’t mean that a career in sports is over. VIS Mentor, three-time NCAA champion, World Championships silver medalist, and two-time Olympian, Kara Goucher, is one of these athletes. She shares her journey transitioning into the sports media industry.
