Late Bloomers: Being Patient with Our Athletic Progress

Everyone progresses in their athletic journey at different rates. As women, our bodies are constantly going through changes from puberty into young adulthood. We talked with Professional Runner, Dakotah Lindwurm, about the importance of having grace and patience with our bodies and athletic progression through high school and college years, and understanding that progression takes time.
