Cross Training and Injuries

Cross training is a great way to train new muscle groups and reduce some of the load on your body. But, sometimes too much cross-training can lead to injuries or even setbacks in advancing toward your athletic goals. We spoke with VIS Expert Kelly Peel on the pros and cons of cross-training.
