As we approach the summer months, it's important to know how our training will change when the temperature gets hotter. Training outdoors in hotter climates affects our bodies in lots of ways, and can come with a variety of challenges. We talked with VIS Expert and Sport Science Specialist, Kelly Hetherington, and VIS Mentor and Elite Runner, Daisy Liljegren, who shared their tips to ensure that we’re safely training during the summer months.
