The WNBA Changemakers and VOICEINSPORT are doubling down on their commitment to the future of women’s sports as we head into year three of our partnership and expand our mentorship roster. With 17 WNBA stars bringing something unique to the table, it’s time for girls in sport to choose their Mentor.

The VOICEINSPORT (VIS) partnership with the WNBA Changemakers just got even better. With the most powerful Mentor class yet, we’re kicking off the third year of our partnership that connects girls in sport directly with professional athletes.

In 2024, VIS and the WNBA announced a partnership with the WNBA Changemakers collective that grants young athletes access to WNBA stars that have been where they are, felt what they feel, and made it to the highest level in sports.

More than mentorship, we're creating a movement to keep girls in sport and build future leaders.

Through virtual group sessions on the VIS platform and educational modules on mind, body, and nutrition in the VIS app, the VIS X WNBA collaboration is building the foundation for women athletes.

Our new class of 2026 VIS Mentors™ is ready to pour their knowledge into the next generation—covering everything from pre-game nerves to identity. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of competition, finding your passions outside of sport, or just looking for someone to talk to who has been in your shoes, your Mentor is here.

Get ready to choose your Mentor, because every girl needs a pro in their corner.

Select Your Player: The Veteran Mentors

The 2026 class of WNBA Changemakers VIS Mentors™ has eight Mentors returning from the previous class.

Alysha “AC” Clark | Swiss Army Knife

Dallas Wings forward Alysha Clark is a 3-time WNBA champion and 6-time player of the year recipient—but she's much more than that too. She’s a dog mom, a wizard in the kitchen, and a jack-of-all-trades on the court. In her third year with VIS, she’s sharing the lessons she has learned throughout her journey to inspire other women athletes.

Clark teaches the VIS community about loving your body, navigating grief, identity outside of sport, authenticity, and self-belief.

Add AC to your team if you’re looking for a jack of all trades who can help guide you through any challenge.

Aliyah “AB7” Boston | Versatile Force

Indiana Fever center Aliyah Boston is a trailblazer in women’s sports who values community and family over everything else. She’s passionate about growing the game and hosts a basketball camp for girls in her hometown of St. Thomas, USVI, during the offseason. But Boston wasn’t always all-in on basketball—she almost chose to play tennis instead.

Now, she talks to girls at VIS about passion, brand-building, self-doubt, navigating social media, balancing school and sport, and giving back to the community.

Choose AB7 for your team to build versatility and learn how to grow the game in your community.

Brianna “Breezy” Turner | Versatile Defender

Turner is a forward for the Las Vegas Aces and a fierce advocate for social justice in all aspects of her life. She uses her Master of Arts in Social Justice and Human Rights and her platform to advocate for trans rights, gender equity, and financial education.

Turner has been a VIS Mentor™ for three years and uses her VOICE to talk to the VIS community about owning your role, overcoming adversity, and time management.

Select Breezy for your corner if you’re looking for someone who can lead you in advocating for women’s sports.

Ty “Smoove” Harris | Playmaker

Harris is another returning VIS Mentor™ and a guard for the Indiana Fever—playing in her hometown for the first time since she left for college at the University of South Carolina. She’s passionate about self-care, mental health, and supporting the next generation. “I want young girls to feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are,” Harris says.

Harris will be helping the VIS community stay balanced—both in sports and in life—and leading Sessions about discipline, confidence, toughness, and comparison.

Add Smoove to your team if you’re looking for a passionate leader who knows the value of balance.

Alanna “Lan” Smith | Defensive Menace

Alanna Smith joined VIS as a Mentor in 2024 and focuses her sessions on mindfulness and holistic health. The Wings power forward and native Aussie uses her platform to address issues related to Indigenous rights, racial justice, mental health, and women’s sports equity—and she does it all with the support of her recently-earned Masters in Psychology.

In her Sessions, Smith talks with the next generation of women athletes about how to practice mindfulness and become a healthier, more well-rounded athlete.

Lan is perfect for you if you want to build better habits and learn how to maximize your mental health.

Monique “MoMo” Billings | Rebound Queen

Billings, a forward for the Fever, is a Renaissance woman. From the court to the runway, she doesn’t let one passion define who she is—and she sees that reflected in the athletes she mentors. “I see my younger self in the athletes I get to mentor. VIS is a resource I wish I had while growing up,” Billings says.

Billings teaches the next generation of women athletes to be diverse and unapologetic in their interests, practice self-care, find joy, and build rituals and routines.

MoMo should join your roster if you’re looking for someone bold, passionate, and full of interests outside of sport.

Jacy “Agent 0” Sheldon | Sharpshooter

Another returning Mentor, Sheldon is passionate about sharing her journey with the next generation of women athletes. She also loves spending time with her sister, Emmy, who has Down syndrome—who she says is her biggest motivation. Sheldon often plays in support of the Beyond Ability Matters nonprofit, which is led by her aunt Kristyn.

In her Sessions, Sheldon talks with VIS about sacrifices, leadership, accountability, and embracing the journey.

You’ll want Agent 0 in your corner if you’re stepping into a team leader role or starting a new journey in sport.

Haley “HayJ” Jones | Future Sight

The last of the returning VIS Mentors™ in this class, Jones brings her positive energy to VIS and hopes that every athlete she mentors with can resonate with her story in some way. “I’m dedicated to helping the next generation succeed not just in sports, but in building confidence, purpose, and passions beyond the field, court, or track,” she says.

Jones leads Sessions on transitions, dedication, using social media for advocacy, recovery, and more.

Add HayJ to your roster if you’re looking to build and maintain confidence as your path in life changes.

Select Your Player: The New Mentors

Along with the eight returners, the Mentor roster has nine new athletes bringing their expertise to the VIS community.

They might be new to VIS—but they’re not new to the game. These players have diverse backgrounds, vibrant passions, and expert knowledge that they’re bringing to the table to share with you.

Marine “Jojo” Johannés | Shot Creator

French native Marine Johannés is a guard for the New York Liberty. She’s an artist on and off the court—you can find her drawing, creating pottery, or playing video games in her downtime.

Johannés will host Sessions on the platform in French that cover her journey in sport to the professional world, how to build a routine that works for you, sacrifice, and discipline.

JoJo is the perfect Mentor for you if you want an artist who knows how to build routines and take risks—like moving to a new country.

Lexie “Lex” Brown | Three Point Specialist

The Seattle Storm guard has always made being a role model a priority and wants to inspire as many young athletes as possible. “One of my main priorities has always been to be a role model and pour into as many people as I can,” she says. Through VIS, Brown pursues her passion for mentorship.

Brown is bringing her expertise in mental health, building a personal brand, and maintaining confidence to the VIS platform.

Add Lex to your team if you’re looking for a role model who can teach you about being unapologetic in your confidence.

Rae “Raeskii” Burrell | Versatile Big Guard

Burrell is a guard for the Los Angeles Sparks who’s dedicated to teaching young women to perform not only as athletes, but also in life. She’s passionate about fashion and keeping her focus on controlling the controllables and letting everything else go.

VIS members can talk to Burrell about finding balance, building a nutrition plan, and maintaining their mental health.

Bring Raeskii on board to learn about being a holistic athlete through nutrition, mental health, and interests outside of sport.

Michaela “Mic” Onyenwere | Versatility Legend

Onyenwere, a forward for the Mystics, is a Nigerian-American player with experience coaching as an assistant at UCLA—where she and the Bruins just won the NCAA Championship. Her leadership with the Bruins helps her in the WNBA as well, where she’s one of only two veterans leading a young Mystics team. She’s passionate about teaching the next generation to build identity outside of sport and grow into confident, strong women on and off the court.

Talk to new VIS Mentor™ Onyenwere about confidence, discipline, and identity.

Mic’s versatility is perfect for you if you’re looking for someone who can help you translate what you learn in sport to your life more broadly.

Saniya “Niya” Rivers | Lockdown Defender

Rivers is a shooting guard and forward for the Connecticut Sun. Off the court, she wants younger athletes to see her as someone they can go to for advice “I want young girls to be able to live comfortably knowing they have a big sister in me,” she says.

Rivers brings her expertise in authenticity, energy, and mental health to the VIS platform.

Add Niya to your roster if you’re looking for an older sister who can teach you how to express yourself with confidence and who brings the energy to every event.

Natasha “Flash” Howard | Defensive Mainstay

A forward for the Minnesota Lynx, Howard uses her VOICE to build belief in the next generation. She wants to leave a legacy built on kindness, hard work, and belief. Off the court, you can find Howard with her headphones in, either making beats or listening to music.

In her VIS Sessions, Howard will be teaching the VIS community about mental health, leadership, and goal setting.

You’ll want to choose Flash if you’re chasing big goals—her Sessions and mental health guidance can help you get there.

Sami “Bamsam” Whitcomb | Sharpshooter

Whitcomb is a mother of two and a guard for the Phoenix Mercury. As an athlete and mother, Whitcomb has learned lessons about her mindset, nutrition, routine, and more. Despite going undrafted out of college, she has now been in the WNBA for 9 years—a testament to her relentless drive. In her free time, Whitcomb loves finding new coffee shops and reading.

Now, she’s sharing her hard-earned lessons with the next generation through Sessions about fueling, energy, burnout, routine, comparison, journey, self-care, identity, and more.

Select Bamsam as your player if you’re interested in learning a little bit of everything from someone who has done it all.

Kiah Stokes  | Defensive Anchor

Stokes, a center for the Golden State Valkyries, strives to be a positive role model for young girls everywhere—in every aspect of her life. She dominates not only on the defensive line, but also on the ping pong table.

You can find her teaching the VIS community about managing social media pressures, nutrition habits, and honing a competition mindset.

Add Kiah to your team if you’re building a brand or working on your gameday mindset.

Megan “Meg” Gustafson | Relentless Worker

A Portland Fire center and player for the Spanish national team, Gustafson brings a range of experience to VIS—and she might even bring her dog, Pancake, to some Sessions, too. Gustafson is also an author of Pancake’s Passport, a children’s chapter book about faith and positive values. She’s passionate about building confidence within the next generation of women athletes.

Gustafson will lead VIS Sessions on building confidence, establishing a growth mindset, and overcoming adversity.

Add Meg to your team if you need a confidence boost and a strong leader, or if you want to meet Pancake.
