As we head back to school, we’ll become very busy with class and practice schedules, which can make fueling hard. However, it’s critical that we fuel consistently throughout the day to ensure that our bodies are ready to go at practice time. We interviewed a registered sports dietitian to ask her advice on the types of meals and snacks she recommends that busy student athletes can take on the go to stay fueled all day long.
