Satou Sabally’s Guide to Integrating Yoga & Pilates into Our Training

Yoga and Pilates are widely recognized for their physical and mental benefits, offering improved flexibility, strength, and stress relief. Even the best athletes incorporate these practices into their training regimens to improve their performance and overall well-being.
