How Skylar Park Battled Adversity by Opening Up to Her Coach and Embracing Her Authentic Self

After opening up to her coach about the mental health struggles she was facing, 25-year-old Olympian Skylar Park rekindled her love for her sport, ultimately helping her find confidence in herself as an athlete and person.
