Sunday Reset: How to Start the Week with a Fresh Mind

Resetting our minds and mental health on Sundays can go along with Sunday cleaning, laundry, and chores. Mentally and socially, this day is perfect for scheduling time to do things we enjoy outside of sports. We talked to VIS Expert and Sport Psychologist, Lennie Waite, PhD, LP, CMPC, OLY, about how hanging out with friends, cooking, or a skincare routine are intentional recovery methods we can use to start our week off strong.
