How to Push Through "Hitting the Wall"

We’ve probably all heard and experienced the concept of “hitting your wall.” Feeling like we can’t continue in the heat of competition can be pretty upsetting for all women athletes. We sat down with VIS Mentor and Cross Country Runner, Katie Rainsberger, and VIS Expert and Sports Psychologist, Addie Bracy, MS, CMPC, about her tips that we can all utilize during a race to finish just as strong as we started.
