Remember Your Why

The pressure to perform often increases as we progress in our sport, and feelings of stress and anxiety can become overwhelming. We sat down with VIS Expert™ and mental performance coach, Lauren Tashman, and VIS League™ member and Olympian, Gabriela DeBues-Stafford, to talk about how these feelings can negatively affect our performance, but if we take a step back and remember our ‘why,’ we can feel both more happy and grounded.
